The Parsons Dance Company (DVD)
The Parsons Dance Company, led by modern dance guru-choreographer David Parsons, has been at the forefront of the art form since its formation in 1987. This two-hour performance, filmed in 1992, showcases the dance troupe in top form, dancing against the classical music of composers Mozart, Rossini, Fripp, and more. Seven of Parson's extremely large catalog of works are featured, all of which illustrate a intelligent wit and a hidden complexity behind a gorgeous looseness.DVD Features:Region 1Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33Audio: Dolby Digital Stereo - English

Alex (Eric Palladino) is not gaining any ground with his film school instructors as he continuously creates films ripping off Jackie Chan films. Determined to make something real, he teams with his fellow student Lars (Billy Jayne), a pretentious artist from a wealthy family, to capture truth 24 times per second. The truth they find comes in the form of a beautiful neighbor woman, Blue (Jennifer Rubin), who they learn is a hit woman. Alex approaches her about filming her last hit and learns much more about Blue, including her abusive upbringing. Alex's film changes gears as he decides to go on a road trip to New Orleans to reunite Blue with her estranged, abusive father.DVD Features:Region 1Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33
