Television executives plugged into viewer`s deepest fears with the debut of TALES FROM THE CRYPT in 1989. Its original source material being the EC comic-book, the series originated on HBO, and would go on to run for seven seasons.
Hosted by the skeletal Crypt Keeper himself, each episode of the show offered a new, ghoulish tale to inspire nightmares in its audience.
