It is believed that in his day, the great piano composer Frederic Chopin had an intimate relationship with French author George Sand. This edition of the GREAT COMPOSERS series explores this romance through the work of both artists. Against the backdrop of Sonata for Piano and Cello by Chopin, and Story of My Life by Sand, dancers and actors perform alone and with musicians in a dance choreographed to symbolically represent the world these two lovers inhabit.
