Harry Kupfer produced this reworking of Wagner`s DIE WALKURE, which forms the second part in Wagner`s RING cycle. The lush surroundings of Barcelona`s Gran Teatre del Liceu provide a suitable backdrop, as this 2003 version of Wagner`s piece unfolds. Richard Berkeley-Steele, Falk Struckmann, Linda Watson, and Eric Halfvarson star, with musical accompaniment from the Symphony Orchestra and Chorus of the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
