Bernard Haitink conducts the Philharmonic Orchestra and the Glyndebourne Chorus in Sir Peter Hall's staging of Mozart's opera at the 1977 Glyndebourne Festival. Benjamin Luxon brings new life to the part of reprehensible playboy Don Giovanni, while Stafford Dean, Horiana Branisteanu, Leo Goeke, and Rachel Yakar make the rest of the production shine.
