The fitting backdrop of Leipzig's Market Square played host to a venerable array of talent on June 15, 2002, as many musicians from classical and world music backgrounds gathered to perform. Among the eclectic lineup were British violinist and self-styled bad-boy of classical music Nigel Kennedy; the uniquely soulful voicalist of Don't Worry Be Happy infamy, Bobby McFerrin; The Kuumba Singers; Sibylla Rubens; and many others.
